Ingredients
- 2.5 cups milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1.5 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1.5 cups roughly chopped lightly salted peanuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

PREP
- Grease baking pan liberally (stick of butter for this)
- Make room for baking pan in your refrigerator
BOTTOM CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 1.25 cups milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small sauce pan using double boil method (so you don’t burn it).
- Pour contents into bottom of bake pan, spread evenly and place in refrigerator to cool/harden (10 mins or so).
NOUGAT LAYER
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1.5 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1.5 cup salted peanuts chopped, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar and evaporated milk, stirring until dissolved and bring to a boil.
- Let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in peanuts
- Pour over bottom chocolate layer. Let cool completely (15 mins).
CARAMEL LAYER
- 1 14-ounce bag of caramels
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Let melt, stirring occasionally, until smooth (10 mins).
- Pour over nougat layer and let cool completely (10 mins).
TOP CHOCOLATE LAYER (repeat same steps as bottom layer)
- 1.25 cups milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small sauce pan using double boil method (so you don’t burn it).
- Pour contents into bottom of bake pan, spread evenly and place in refrigerator to cool/harden (10 mins or so).
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving, then cut as desired. Freezing them is even better.
